Diplomatic Mission to Tunisia: Meeting with Flat6Labs Our Ugandan delegation represented @MTICuganda, @MICT_Uganda, @MoFPEDUganda, @StartupUganda, and @JICA_Uganda, had the pleasure of meeting with Flat6Labs, a leading seed-stage venture capital firm and startup accelerator in the Middle East and North Africa region. Flat6Labs is a member of AfriLabs and has invested in over 100 startups across eight countries. They offer a range of programs and services to support startups, including: • Seed funding • Mentorship and training • Market access • Corporate partnerships During our meeting, we discussed a wide range of topics, including: • The importance of investing in early-stage startups. • The challenges and opportunities facing the African startup ecosystem. • The role of Flat6Labs in supporting the Tunisian startup ecosystem. • The potential for collaboration between Flat6Labs and Ugandan startups. We were impressed by Flat6Labs' commitment to supporting the startup ecosystem and their track record of success. We believe that their experience and insights can be invaluable to Uganda as we seek to build a thriving startup ecosystem and digital economy.
