Every recruiter I've interviewed billing over $500k Has two things in common: 1. Their average deal size is large: ↳ They are working on larger salaries ($100,000, $150,000, $200,000+) ↳ With larger fees (25-30%) ↳ And take home more money per deal ($30,000-$60,000) 2. They work in places like the US: ↳ Where notice periods are shorter (2 weeks) ↳ And the turnaround is quicker (at least 1 placement per month) It doesn't make them better recruiters. But they are working smarter.
