At a time of rising production costs, cost-of-living pressures on audiences and static public funding, it is vitally important that we look at ways of developing new and sustainable sources of funding to create and present live theatre. We're missing out on investment in live theatre to other markets, such as the UK and the US which provide tax offsets for production costs. We do it for screen and digital games.
