Trying to find the perfect exercise is less important than the intention!! If you want long term results that translate over to the rest of your life, every rep of every exercise should be treated as its own meditation. You breathe 22,000 breaths per day, so its only right that mastering those reps (within a context that works for you) is more beneficial than doing 3 sets of 8 reps in any corrective exercise or mobility routine. A lot of my journey was discovering things that were neglected by the rest of the industry. Things that helped me understand my body better and helped me escape chronic pain. Things like breath! A lot of my video instruction focuses on breath and putting your body into the correct positions so that rebuilding is possible.
