Took a walk today at Jericho Beach with my family and stumbled upon this beautiful tree. I scanned two of the trees using #RealityScan and was blown away by how fast and efficient it is for photogrammetry. It's an incredible tool that can really speed up the process. If you're interested in photogrammetry, I highly recommend checking it out. #unrealengine #photogrammetry #RealityScan

Video is underrated It captures emotion, and shows what you may not see in photos In the townhouse market convincing our clients to use video is hard They struggle to see the value vs cost But how can you tell a storey of a property with a mere 20-30 photos? How can you highlight the little features without a random photo of some taps or motorised blinds We're only talking about a $500 video package, nothing over the top But could it convince one more buyer to turn up Or an overseas buyer to pick your property over another developers who doesn't have video? Its hard to quantify, but either way it makes great content for me to post ;) https://lnkd.in/gQ8-ZsRV

Taking numerous photos of your space prior to welcoming new tenants can provide you with photographic evidence of the space you provided upon move-in if something ends up going wrong in the future. #residentialpropertymanagement #rentalinvestment #propertymaintenance
