This year marks the 54th anniversary of Earth Day 🌍 . Fundamentally, it serves as a reminder of the importance of environment protection and sustainability. The challenges we face now are critical more critical than ever, requiring even more concerted focus. Our Director of Environment & Sustainability James Keegan says "Today, we reaffirm our commitment to protecting the environment and promoting sustainability, ensuring a healthier and more resilient future for all." "This year’s theme focuses on ‘Planet vs. Plastics’. The theme aligns with some of our ambitious UK strategic targets in relation to circularity, resource efficiency, reducing waste through design and ultimately considering all waste as a material, closing the loop".
