When I first embraced remote work, I thought it would be all sunshine and freedom working in PJs, no commute, and the perfect work-life balance. Sounds dreamy, right? But reality had a few surprises in store. Imagine starting your day by reviewing an executive’s inbox while sipping your favorite coffee at home. There’s no rush-hour traffic, no office politics just pure focus on delivering value. The transition wasn’t all smooth sailing. There were challenges, lessons, and moments of growth that shaped how I approach my work today. But like every journey, it came with its challenges. For over 2.5 years, I’ve been working remotely, and it’s been a journey filled with growth, learning, and challenges.
