“A True Finish blade Hand” When you look at this photo what do you see? While completing curb grade five days before this projects pave date, we informed our customer that there entire south approach had several grade busts and will unfortunately not work per plan. Our pave dates are locked in 4-6 weeks in advance and they cannot be missed. It took Two days for re-engineering, half day for Demo, half day to fix the Curb and Two days for the curb to set up. The entrance ended up raising in elevation by 11” with some added vertical curves. In this photo you can see the paving crew paving in the background while we truck in 80ton of type 2, finish and compact the new approach for paving. The pave date was achieved and our customers suffered zero setbacks. These are the situations that will show who is a “True Finish Blade Hand” or just an operator. We take pride in our customers needs and our team will always press forward to complete our customer needs. Morley Grading #heavyequipment #Teamwork #construction #paving #earthwork #Lasvegas

The paver may catch you, but it will never pass you, lol! Making things right when you have the chance is way better than coming back to patch it in!!

Way to do it right! We take the same approach in our model building process which brings these issues to light before the blade sets foot on site!
