The video discusses recent developments in Arizona regarding Donald Trump's legal troubles and those of his inner circle. Key points include: Jenna Ellis, Trump's former lawyer, has entered a cooperation agreement, becoming a state's witness against false electors and potentially Trump himself. A fake elector in Arizona has pleaded guilty, the first such case nationwide. The Arizona Attorney General is taking a more surgical approach to prosecutions compared to the broader RICO case in Fulton County, Georgia. A grand jury in Arizona reportedly wanted to indict Trump, but prosecutors dissuaded them, citing a misinterpreted DOJ policy. Trump's inner circle, including Mark Meadows, Rudy Giuliani, and John Eastman, face significant legal risks without Trump's protection in state prosecutions. The cases are progressing, with potential implications for the 2024 election and Trump's future legal jeopardy. The situation highlights the complex interplay between state and federal prosecutions in politically sensitive cases. https://lnkd.in/eVSKztQu

Our former president continues to think laws and judge’s rulings don’t apply to him. Only our justice system can hold him accountable, and we are clearly going to find out whether anyone is above the law or not. Our democracy is at stake. “Donald Trump has an unfortunate habit, which I like to call “preemptive delegitimization.” The way it works is relatively simple: When there’s even a possibility that the former president might be held accountable for alleged wrongdoing, the Republican goes to ridiculous lengths to undermine public confidence in the process, the officials, and the institutions. The motivations behind preemptive delegitimization are obvious: If efforts to hold him accountable are inherently corrupt and unreliable, then the outcome deserves to be discarded, regardless of merit. It’s precisely why Trump has spent recent years railing hysterically against assorted judges, prosecutors, district attorney’s offices, jurisdictions, courts, and even the nation’s system of justice itself. The more the presumptive GOP nominee was accused of serious wrongdoing, the more he felt the need to effectively say, “If I’m convicted, it doesn’t count.”” #justice #nooneisabovethelaw #commonsense #leadership #accountability #stoptheinsanity #voteoutMAGARepublicans

OH REALLY DONALD? Trump asks why the prosecution didn't call witnesses for Trump. I know this is a tough theory but let's try. Because that's YOUR job Donald. Why didn't Trump call these witnesses he says would have gotten him off? Donald Trump is LITERALLY asking the equivalent of. "Why didn't I get $200 when YOU passed Go?" HE HID He said he will "Absolutely Testify." several times leading up to the trial. He cried about a gag order that had nothing to do with testifying. Then he never testified. Now, after he had every chance to call ANYONE HE WANTED TO to defend him, he claims it was unfair that the prosecution didn't seek these "perfect witnesses" themselves. But this is par for the course: all talk and bluster with no substance, just anger, projection and fear. CONCLUSION So there are only two options as to why Trump is talking about the case in this manor. 1. He is lying. In which case, he knows he is being dishonest when he says it and is trying to trick YOU. That's propaganda. He is selling you a lie to an end other than what he states in that lie. 2. He did not know what he was talking about. That's incompetence. He is trying to pin the incompetence, in the public arena, as corruption by the other side. Either way. He's not Presidential imo, nor in the opinion of most of the free world. #maga #trump #crimefamily #fraud #rape #nationalsecurity #espionage #coup #criminal

Legal work on payments. If a client cannot afford your services they call 706-722-1010 so they CAN afford your services..
Nobody was damaged except the lawyers& honest judges. This combined with lying leftist indicting Attorneys doing their job to represent their client is Shaking the foundations of the legal profession. Why should anyone have a lawyer now??? if you're a conservative you're gonna lose anyway. Just save your money to pay your fine and avoid people like the plague. Jobs will not be available. Investors will not invest. People will not borrow, Banks will not loan, lawyers will not represent. LEFTIS FRAUDS are taking U.S. down to a banana republic , and nobody seems to care... But with the stroke of a pin , congress can reduce their pay to 1 dollar a year. We may not be able to stop it overnight, but we can stop throwing money to the lying leftist who are using our money to destroy U.S.
BREAKING - FULL REMARKS: Trump says it is a very sad day for America following Judge Engoron’s verdict in New York in which he was ordered to pay more than $350 million in damages. Trump and his sons were also barred from conducting business in New York for three years.
