This past summer, I had the pleasure of welcoming a summer intern to the Take Roots Consulting team. From the get-go, it was clear he was not just here to do the work; he was driven by curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn. It was refreshing to work with someone, at such a young age, not only creatively talented but also deeply curious about the reasoning behind the tasks. Never lose that sense of curiosity.
