Friday’s team-building day was absolutely fantastic!🎉 I genuinely believe our team loves working at EMBS and as the founder, that’s incredibly meaningful to me. Why does this matter? Because a happy team is a strong, successful team—a team that’s productive and committed to sticking together. And it’s working. There’s a palpable buzz, a sense of warmth, and a recognition that everyone is in a good place, with everything they need to thrive. Our team’s average age is 37, which is quite seasoned for the recruitment industry….and we’re all so different but in a way exactly the same! Collectively, we have 15 children among us, which means "family first" isn’t just a catchy hashtag—it’s a core value. With our life experience, we also know what a healthy work culture looks like, and I believe we’ve built just that. Here’s what our culture is all about: - Flexibility: Hybrid working based on trust. Our mantra: If you need to take time out, that’s perfectly fine—just ensure you always deliver! 💼 - No Twonks: No toxic, negative, backstabbing moaners. In a world where you're competing for everything, why are you still competing for IT talent? Weekly lunch allowance: Because the only thing better than a taco is a free taco... we got you. 🌮 Company Events: Work hard, laugh harder (at mini golf, happy hour, golf tournaments, you name it!). We know, cubicles cramp creativity. Break free and join the fun! We also have free snacks... free, you read that right. The catch? You gotta be squeaky clean. Like, full-scope polygraph clean. We're talking Mother Teresa levels of moral uprightness.
