From project delays due to excessive erosion, to 2 years of sustainable vegetation. The MacBeth Solar Farm experienced erosion challenges during development phase, causing the project management team to re-seed some areas 3 times, before bringing in #Flexterra HP-FGM to effectively stabilize the site, while simultaneously protecting the seed for improved germination and establishment. "Detailed plans for planting pollinators and maintaining healthy vegetation ground cover throughout the life of the project" was a key objective to address local concerns regarding the long term viability of the land. When working on erosion and dust control on solar farms, access to difficult to reach areas, including under the solar panels, might be challenging. Contractors with hydroseeders can often apply several technologies in one pass, saving time and money. For example, both ProGanics and Flexterra were used on this Solar Farm in North Carolina allowing for greater and faster vegetation establishment. https://bit.ly/3jB0Svh
