There’s a strange reality that many sales leaders seem to accept. 🤷♀️ “The first month of the year is gonna be a wash.” New territories, new comp plans, new roles, QBRs, SKO, etc. Limiting the time spent actually building pipeline and selling. Some things are unavoidable, of course. The time you set aside for SKO is incredibly valuable and fuels the engine for a long year.
