We saw a great turn out yesterday at the #AMPath23 ClinGen Resource and Illumina workshop led by Heidi Rehm and Steven Harrison, PhD FACMG overviewing the draft Standards for Sequence Variant Classification version 4.0! Today Heidi Rehm led another session on expert curation, consensus building, and change control used by both ClinGen Resource and #OncoKB! We're excited to see that molecular professionals are eager to comprehend the methodologies of expert curation. This will open the door to opportunities for even greater global collaborations that contribute to accurate genomic interpretation! Thanks to all the participants our sessions so far!
