Hiring without a plan is like building a house without blueprints. Sure, you may build a house in the end, but it's not going to be strong and things are going to be out of place.

Visiting a job site is one the most enjoyable parts of my job. Seeing a plan come to life, and everything fits perfectly according to the design is like finishing a 1000-piece puzzle. Our team really worked hard on this, and it paid off! What a great way to finish off the week! #business #construction #engineering

Did you know? The iconic Space Needle in Seattle, a marvel of modern engineering and a must-see landmark, has a fascinating construction story that'll leave you astounded! Back in the day, when the Space Needle was just a dream taking shape, construction workers faced a monumental task: laying the foundation that would support this towering symbol of innovation and progress. Picture this—467 cement trucks lined up in formation, ready to pour their loads into the massive void that would become the Space Needle's foundation. It was a sight to behold as these concrete giants worked tirelessly, delivering batch after batch of cement to fill the foundation to its brim. And here's the kicker—it took an entire day for this monumental feat to be accomplished! From dawn till dusk, construction crews labored away, ensuring that every nook and cranny of the foundation was filled with precision and care. The Space Needle's towering silhouette stands as a testament to the ingenuity and perseverance of the construction workers who brought this vision to life. Their dedication and hard work laid the groundwork for a structure that would not only capture the world's imagination but also become an enduring symbol of Seattle's skyline. At Legacy Talent Search, we're inspired by stories like these that showcase the incredible feats of construction workers who shape the world around us. Board Director | Senior Engineering Assurance Manager | Chartered Architect | RIBA Membership Committee to the Board | Founder of the GAA | Podcaster | Mentor & Advisor | Fellow of the RSA and RIBA
According to Reed the top paying job title is ARCHITECT! Let’s celebrate right? The recruitment company Reed has analysed all the jobs available on its website, which has listed 17 million posts over the past eight years, but excluded leadership roles, to ensure that chief executives and chief financial officers do not skew the data. Here’s where the depressing facts begin. The top three positions are: 1. A security architect, with an average annual salary of £115,700, 2. A solution architect, on £100,700 3. A cloud architect, on £98,400. ❌ Average salary of an Architect who designs buildings is £44,838, according to Reed. Stolen titles added to their whopping salaries I’m going into secuity architecture people! I quit! https://lnkd.in/ejf65Ees Paul Iddon Grant Erskine RIBA Architect Matt Kirk Kilian Soudy Aylin Round Mihail Vulov Victoria Farrow Farian Anwar Jake Rudin Erin Pellegrino Evelyn Lee Bill Wyer Rakesh Mistry ARB RIBA Mohammed Balila 🇸🇦🇮🇹 Andrew Holt
