Interesting insights with Washington Post Live regarding internships. Too often we only look at a junior in college to hire for an intern. With higher education's journey changing so much, so too should company's strategy when it comes to hiring interns. If you're waiting until they are a junior in college - we say that's too late.
I always enjoy learning more about the various generations from you and Jonah. The information is extremely relevant to my work in commercial real estate representing office tenants such that your book ‘When Generations Collide’ has an immense amount of information and data that is helpful knowing that we currently currently have GenZ, Millenials, GenX and even the tail end of the Baby Boomer generation (pre-retirees) working together either remotely, flex or in office.
