As I prepare to unplug for a week of R&R ⛱️ and sunshine ☀️, I want to reflect on how January at Foxtrot has been nothing short of incredible. Growth, excitement, and momentum—it’s been a whirlwind, and honestly, it’s been tough to find a quiet moment to think. What keeps me energized? Our amazing team. From our very first hires to the newest members of the 🦊 Foxtrot team, the community we’re building continues to exceed every expectation we had when we started this journey. Our customers inspire us daily. They’re people who care deeply about their work and are using technology in innovative ways to achieve their goals. Our partners, including Palantir Technologies (and others soon to be announced 👀), share the same world-class commitment to delivering real, tangible value. I’ve seen so many “2025 trends” posts this month, and honestly, they’re not my thing. My take? Forget trends. Focus on the fundamentals: Work hard. Lead with kindness and empathy. Stay heads-down and deliver results. No buzzwords —just staying true to what I believe in and the leadership style that works for me.
