Broader trends in healthcare market consolidation, shifting reimbursement patterns, and clinician burnout are partly to blame, as is a mounting administrative burden. Enter Stitch. The startup positions itself as the Gusto of healthcare practices, targeting a largely overlooked niche of healthcare operations to simplify HR, payroll, and compliance operations for thinly stretched practices. Incubated at Redesign Health, it recently raised a $9 million seed round to facilitate further scaling.
