This is for my fellow introverts. I have found a hack to break into a new community... And I have 3 tips for you to start. It is 'Volunteering' And no → it's not difficult. → It doesn't take more time than you give it. → And it works in a short time! You see... I'm not the loudest in the room. But → I'm a great listener and I love making new friends. However → It's hard to find my way around like-minded individuals outside my usual circles. Here are 3 tips if you want to start: 1. Discover Your Passion 2. Start Locally 3. Commit to a regular schedule → this builds trust and strengthens your connection. I started volunteering at the Museum London, and it has been an amazing experience. Our recent event #UPwithART was an absolute highlight! Collaborating with Unity Project for Relief of Homelessness & Museum London for their 14th-year fundraiser was deeply rewarding. P.S. Do you have another hack for us fellow introverts? let's share 😊

Office of Black Male Advancement Community Empowerment Small Grants Applications Open Until Jan. 6, 2025 This year, a total of $500,000 will be awarded to nonprofit organizations.
