One of STLLR's cornerstone gold projects, the Tower Gold Project, is a large-scale, open-pit gold project in the Timmins Mining Camp in Ontario. The Tower Gold Project represents a series of open pit gold deposits in two areas - Garrison and Golden Highway. The Tower Gold Project is one of the largest underdeveloped gold deposits in Canada. STLLR has the largest land position in the eastern Timmins Camp, the most prolific gold-producing belt in Canada and one of the top gold-producing areas in the world, with over 85 million ounces of gold produced to date. AuMEGA Metals (formerly Matador Mining Limited) is a story that I like because they are taking the long term view of discovering a large economic deposit. In the #ASX, there is no value in, no REAL value in exploring for a "market"-happy deposit. The short-term gain is on sustainable if there is corporate and "purple-circle" support. The retail end of the market are the ones who lose out. Looking at the discoveries over the last 5 years, or maybe since 2020, there are only a handful and they are all so called "out of the blue". In reality, they are economical discoveries because the geology fits the bill. The concept of mineral exploration is like looking for a needle in the haystack is true, but if you have a legitimate mineral system, the chances are reduced to a smaller haystack. #AuMegaMetals have an obvious #mineralsystem and a big supporter who is a producer which blends to a perfect formula for success.
