What does self-reflection mean to you? 💭 I had the pleasure of participating in Fridays CIMSPA Member Webinar alongside the insightful Meg Hurlock-Swan, led by the fantastic Rafe Turner. We delved into the power of self-reflection and its profound impact on personal and professional growth. Reflecting on my own journey, I shared a key takeaway: “ We do not learn from experience… we learn from reflecting on experience.” – John Dewey.
