Never undervalue the people around you and remember those who make your success possible. The last few months have been busy... in a good way! My biggest reflection is that I’m hugely grateful to everyone who has made it a success. You simply can’t do it alone! On a personal level, a big thank you to my wife who also has a busy career but always seems to manage and organise it all despite our energetic 5-Year-old doing his best to create chaos! In a professional capacity, the STOIX team has developed significantly over the last few months. Whilst I believe we are already a great team, we are constantly striving to improve. - Roles and responsibilities have become more defined giving us clarity and focus. - Our ability to connect with the right decision-makers and candidates has improved, opening some fruitful conversations, particularly in the PE space. - We continue to improve the execution of our delivery process both for us and for our clients. - We have introduced new Tech to facilitate the above and reduce admin. A big thank you to our two Executive Assistants for your support across operations, legal, HR, finance, organising meetings, interviews, events, diaries and perhaps most challengingly me! Finally, a thank you to all our customers who continue to trust us with some of their most important hires. We will continue to find those marginal gains to help us improve and evolve with every new search. #thankyou #STOIX #teamwork
