Troubleshooting Backside Contact in Your Grinding Process 💡
1. Backside Contact: If your Diamond/CBN grinding wheel is touching the workpiece at the backside, it could indicate incorrect tool geometry. Ensure that the wheel's shape and the tool geometry are suitable for the grinding task.
2. Mechanizing the Tool: Mechanizing your grinding tool can help achieve better precision and access to difficult areas of the workpiece. This might involve using specialized equipment or adjusting the setup to ensure the tool can reach all necessary areas without causing damage. Additionally, consult your supplier to ensure the wheel can be mechanized.
3. Tool Geometry: Checking the geometry of your tools is essential. The shape and size of the grinding wheel, as well as the positioning, can significantly impact the grinding process. Sometimes, using another wheel can save time, reduce stress, and enhance productivity 😉

In the realm of tube bending, not all processes require complex machinery. Ever-Roll employs the 'empty bending' technique for certain projects, providing an economical solution without compromising the tube's integrity. This method allows up to 15% flattening, maintaining the tube's shape effectively. #BentOnPerfection#EconomicalTubeBending#ManufacturingInnovation#EverRollSpecialties
How do Vacuum Clamps Work?
Vacuum clamps secure workpieces by creating a close seal between the workpiece and the clamping surface. The process works as follows: a sealing strip is placed around the edges of the workpiece. Inside this sealing area, the clamp has pores or grooves connected to a vacuum pump. When air is removed, a vacuum (negative pressure) is created, holding the workpiece firmly in place.
Revolutionizing the way you install circuit wire!
