Lindsay is our newly appointed Marketing Project Manager in Durango. She has been with StoneAge for about 6 years in total, having spent most of that time as the Graphic Designer. Her previous focus was mostly printed materials, but now her role is vital in keeping all the Marketing project plates spinning, ensuring the load is spread evenly so we can deliver high quality assets and training materials on time. Lindsay is a mother of two wildly smart and beautiful girls. She is an avid dabbler in the arts, with interests spanning from watercolors to singing in the local Choral Society – she has even performed at Carnegie Hall, twice.

We've been quietly stalking the instagram account of designer and photographer Ben Geier for a while now, waiting for the right story to come along to use his images of vintage signage from rural America. This story about the Right Way to Build Your Brand was a great excuse to finally get his work into HBR. Ben's work is deceptively simple, but actually quite deliberate and complex. His controlled pallet and composition (comparisons to Wes Anderson pop up here and there) are consistently striking and really shine when you see them together as a series. At first glance, our Archy's new logo might seem simple—and that's intentional. Despite its simplicity, it's surprisingly dynamic. When you remove the arch from the "A," it resembles a tooth. Duplicate it, and suddenly you have a mouth! This opens up a whole world of patterns we can use in our marketing collateral, really tying our brand together in a cohesive way. Huge shoutout to Omar I. Hamoda for putting together these awesome patterns in our brand guide. It's amazing how much versatility can come from simplicity.
