#huawei is hiring “RF Optimization Team Leader” with the below requirments 1-Creating a network operations strategy, policies, and procedures aimed at preventing, mitigating, and resolving network performance problems. Maintain the leading network quality and be competitive. 2-Creating techniques for managing, enabling, and ensuring that a network runs at its best. Routine monitoring of quality and performance service level. 3-Lead complex technical discussions with developers, build consensus and create action plans 4-Be familiar with scenario-based best network solutions, identify and match value scenarios, and guide customers to recognize delivery value points. 5-Assist the NPO in network insight and explore add-on sales opportunities and leads. 6-Project delivery and acceptance, efficiency improvement, and profit improvement, achieve the revenue and profit target 7- Communicate with Costumer effectively on Daily/weekly basis (one-2-one and Regular meetings) ,ensure middle-level customer satisfaction about delivery quality 8-Leading the digital tools application ,keep optimizing delivery mode 1. Have good background knowledge of network optimization, be able to quickly understand technical points and effectively communicate technical issues with Director/Manager-level customers. 2. Familiar with the network planning and optimization delivery process, Be able to skillfully develop the organizational structure, delivery plan, human resource plan, key control points, estimated risks, and key assumptions for network planning and optimization projects. 3. Pay high attention to customer satisfaction, have good value packaging and presentation capabilities, and be able to fully present the value of team work to customers. 4. Have a good insight capabilities in indentify the capabilities of team members, be able to build a stable human resource echelon, and ensure that backup resources are available for key positions. 5. Accurately identify customers' pain points and interests, and proactively support the NPO in deploying platform tools and new solutions.
