We went “round trip” on this one. We first provided an acquisition/renovation loan when the property was acquired and now that the renovation is completed and tenant occupied, last week we closed on a 30-year DSCR loan. The borrower wanted to stay low leverage against the value of $280,000 so our loan of $154,000 enabled him to pay off our initial loan and put a few dollars in his pocket. At a rate of just 7.6% it cash flows nicely. Another happy customer!
