What would you say if a machine could speed up the closing and sealing process of your packed cartons? 📦 AUTO.CLOSE closes the top of the packed carton and reliably seals it using water-activated tape, self-adhesive tape, or hot-melt adhesive. Optionally, the sides and base can also be sealed. As a result, parcels of different sizes can be processed in any random order, without the need for manual intervention. AUTO.CLOSE also lets you choose between different sealing types: U-shaped for standard parcels (with optional pull strip), C-shaped for extremely flat cartons, or T-shaped for the optimum sealing of heavy cases. Also important to point out that water-activated tape is theft- and tamper-proof and that the recipient can dispose of it, together with the box itself, as waste paper. 👍

👉🏻 Tip of the day: 📦 Master the Art of Package Sealing 📦 When it comes to sealing packages with BOPP tape, a little technique goes a long way! Remember to apply even pressure throughout the length of the tape. By pressing down firmly, you will ensure solid contact with the surface, eliminating any unwanted air bubbles and guaranteeing a robust seal that can withstand the challenges of shipping. Packing tape is crucial to ensuring the safe storage and transportation of goods. While it may initially appear that all adhesive tapes are equally effective, this assumption is incorrect. When selecting packing tape for shipping and storage operations, various factors, such as material, strength, thickness, width, adhesion level, and ease of use, should be taken into account. Overlooking any of these factors could lead to time loss, package damage, compromised storage, and physical harm if a package unexpectedly opens. This article explores different types of packing tape, their properties, and their applications: https://buff.ly/3vk2pOu https://lnkd.in/guC3Nyrn

Are you considering a case erector but unsure whether to go with tape or hot melt glue for sealing? 📦 Each method has its unique advantages: 🔵 Tape Sealing - Cost-effective on small quantities of cases and easy to apply, tape is perfect for lighter packages and offers a clean look with minimal equipment maintenance. 🔴 Hot Melt Glue - Cost-effective on large quantities of cases and provides stronger, more durable seals suitable for heavier contents. It's also less visible than tape, offering a more seamless appearance. Think about your packaging needs—volume, contents, and durability. Discover which option offers better ROI with our new Hotmelt vs Tape Calculator. Just answer three simple questions, and we'll provide an estimated annual cost for both options tailored to your specific needs.
