S&C training should never hinder the performance of the athlete in their sport, since, the main focus is the sport training. Having said that, it does not mean that we can not push an athlete to their limit, with good load management and recovery strategies. #strengthandconditioning #CoachLiam #boxing

In 2024, together they won the Four Continents Championship, and then The World Championship in pairs free skating.
