🚀 Excited to Share What I Learned: AI + Data Virtual Workshop ! 🏡✨ I recently participated in an incredible workshop exploring the Dreamhouse application—a fictional real estate company that leverages the Salesforce Platform to manage its properties and brokers. 📚 Key Learnings: Chapter 1: Embracing Generative AI with Prompt Builder I had the opportunity to dive into Prompt Builder, integrating generative AI into Dreamhouse's business workflows. I built various prompt templates grounded in Dreamhouse's rich customer data, transforming how business processes are handled. Chapter 2: Extending Einstein Copilot's Capabilities I created custom actions to extend the capabilities of Einstein Copilot. This hands-on experience showed me how AI can redefine productivity and efficiency in the real estate sector. 🔧 This workshop was an amazing journey, providing me with valuable insights into leveraging AI for business growth. Whether you're a seasoned Salesforce professional or new to the platform, these skills are essential for staying ahead in today's tech-driven world.
