World Mental Health Day “It is time to prioritise mental health in the workplace” - 2024’s official theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health. We have a number of different initiatives taking place in the school today to celebrate World Mental Health Day. One of these focuses on talking about the importance of taking breaks. We believe it is important to take a break from the day-to-day tasks to focus on something for ourselves to help to avoid feeling burnt out.
