As we wrap up 2024, it's clear that this year has been a mix of both hurdles and triumphs—both personally and professionally. Workforce Extensions | Geelong has faced its own growth challenges but we’ve come out stronger, more resilient, and more prepared for what’s to come. We’re officially back in the office, ready to take on the opportunities that 2025 will bring. This photo from a marathon is my favorite from 2024. It’s not just a snapshot of me crossing the finish line. It’s a reminder of the power of support and how sometimes, the most unexpected moments give us the strength to push forward. About 1 km from the finish line, I was running on empty, questioning if I could finish. And then, I saw my daughter cheering me on. Her energy gave me the motivation I needed to keep going, reminding me of the importance of family, resilience, and staying focused on the end goal.
