UPDATED: All spot Ethereum ETF applicants filed updated S-1's. . . • Grayscale • BlackRock • Fidelity • Franklin • VanEck • 21Shares Now, all eyes are on the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The amended filings have led many experts to predict the ETH ETF to launch at some point within the next two weeks. Moreover, the market expects all issuers to follow 21Shares and VanEck in submitting the updated filings. On May 23, the SEC approved spot Ether ETF 19b-4 filings from eight asset managers. This collective move by leading financial institutions to meet the resubmission deadline underlines their commitment to navigating the regulatory landscape and potentially paves the way for the introduction of Ethereum spot ETFs, pending SEC review and approval. Many think that #ethereum will take centre stage in 2024. The United States Securities and Exchange Commission has postponed its verdict on #Galaxy #Invesco's proposal for a spot #Ethereum #ETF. As per the filing dated May 6, the #SEC has extended the timeline by another 60 days, with the new deadline slated for July 5. Black Rock and Fidelity Ethereum ETF Plans are Rebuffed by the SEC While commentators continue to suggest that May is the month to watch, the SEC has once again postponed deciding on the spot Ethereum ETF applications from Black Rock and Fidelity. The decision by BlackRock and Fidelity to accept or reject their spot Ether ETH tickers down $3,722 exchange-traded funds (ETFs) has been postponed by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC indicated in two different filings on March 4th that it would postpone deciding on the applications filed by Fidelity for its Ethereum Fund and BlackRock for its iShares Ethereum Trust. https://lnkd.in/g89F8zDk
