Secondly, effective cash flow management is the core of corporate survival. I learned how to optimize capital allocation to ensure smooth operations and financial support for development projects. At the same time, communication and collaboration with various departments are crucial, which helps to achieve budget control and cost management. Finally, maintaining sensitivity to market dynamics enables me to predict potential risks and opportunities.
