Risk profiling and Technological disruptions had never been so dynamic as it is these days. Talking of Credit Customer Assistance (Both FI, Utility) GenAI comes in to some rescue. Efficiency in systems is all about Cost (Implemetation of AI model, operations) optimization. The Mantra: 1. Give more credence to Customer interface (Data hotspot) than intra Dept Gen AI applications. 2.Lay emphasis on "Causal AI" not just GenAI ( 85% AI algogs do not leave the lab table as they succumb to ever changing regulatory regime). 3.New Technologies are breeding grounds for GenAI applications 4. Timely intervention and orchestrating GenAI all over systematically puts less pressure on the user, reduces upto 40% in Operational cost, 30% increase in Customer satisfaction. 5, Know to differentiate GenAI and ChatGPT 4.0. 6. The greatest advantage : Plausible conditions will emerge for settlement of dues (for defaulting Customers) . The stark reality in 2024 Stanford AI index. Could not find India amongst Nations listed out for ML model generation and Foundation Model generation in the last year survey details. Enough to indicate , a lot of homework still left to do.

Introduced in US Senate to be enacted as a Law A new bipartisan bill has been introduced in the Senate to establish federal transparency guidelines for AI-generated content, including deepfakes. The Content Origin Protection and Integrity from Edited and Deepfaked Media (COPIED) Act would provide content creators with legal protections against unauthorized use of their work in AI systems. Companies providing generative tools would be required to attach provenance information or metadata about a piece of content’s origin, to outputs. It would let rightsholders detect whether their content was used to generate content without permission. “These measures give content owners the ability to protect their work and set terms of use for their content, including compensation,” .. This icludes search engines and social media companies — from tampering with or altering the data about a piece of content’s origin. The prospective law would also cover the removal or disabling of related data.
