Like other criminals, terrorists need to plan. They need to prepare, buy and store materials, and find ways to fund their activities. Much of this is done in view of the public. Report any of the below activity if you believe it to be suspicious or cause threat.   Research Do you know someone who travels but is vague about where they are going? Do you know someone with multiple passports in different names? Do you know someone who looks at extremist material? Or shares or creates content that glorifies terrorism? Have you noticed somebody promoting hateful ideas or extremist views? Gathering Materials Have you noticed someone receiving deliveries for unusual items? If you work in commercial vehicle hire or sales, has a sale or rental seemed unusual? Have you noticed someone buying large amounts of chemicals or gas cylinders for no reason? Have noticed someone acquiring illegal firearms? Storing Materials Have you noticed anyone storing large amounts of chemicals, fertilisers, or gas cylinders for no reason? Have you noticed anyone storing firearms which could be used for an attack? Hostile Reconnaissance Observation and surveillance help terrorists plan attacks. Have you noticed anyone taking photos and observing CCTV or security arrangements? Financing Cheque and credit card fraud are ways of generating cash. Have you noticed any unusual bank transactions?

The hypocrisy of the global narrative is a poison that contaminates the very essence of justice. Terrorism is universally condemned, except when it wears the mask of power. When nations like Israel and the United States commit acts of devastation, displacing families, annihilating cities, and suffocating entire populations under the guise of "self-defense," it is no longer called terrorism; it is sanitized, reframed, and justified. This double standard exposes the rot at the heart of international discourse, where violence by the powerful is excused, and resistance by the oppressed is criminalized. We cannot claim to value human life when we allow entire peoples to be erased with bombs and missiles, while the perpetrators wrap themselves in the language of legitimacy. The scales of justice have never been more tilted, weighed down by the blood of the innocent, silenced by the lie of self-defense. This is not self-defense; it is state-sponsored terror, cloaked in a flag.

NEW ACTION PLAN ON FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM Last week I spoke with RTVS about the new action plan on fight against terrorism until 2027, which government passed the last Wednesday. I couldn’t help myself but to make a remark at the end of the interview that Zámocká street shooter or even assassination attempt on Róbert Fico (although not an act of terrorism) were results not of material shortage, insufficient technology or ineffective coordination of police and bureaus, which the new action plan primarily tackles. It’s important as well, but the government has the responsibility and power to deradicalize and depolarize society, bring back political culture and faith in truth and relevance. Until they stop fuelling the fires in society, no amount of new vehicles and sweet words of coordination and strategies will prevent acts of political violence. CEP is right.  When Acts of Terrorism are funded by a state, then such BLACK OPS must be state supported terrorism geared towards destabilization, insecurity etc.
