Very true! Once you stop looking at innovation through the lenses of specific projects, successes and failures and apply a systems approach that focuses on repeatability, there is immense value to the organization, regardless of single specific project outcomes. Tied with the right approach toward risk mitigation and management this becomes a huge game changer!
As "culture" is the most difficult thing to change across the organization, I would put it first !

3moit's when innovation is taken out of context when things go wrongish. obviously i am only referring to certain type of companies, one rule doesn't fit all. but if the job is to continuously find ways to deliver value to your customer faster smarter, innovation is a given, just like farting after a good meal! it just happens, and its done with a smile #entrepreneurs #agile #innovation
