I’m often the last to leave the office on a Friday and I’m always struck by the peace and tranquility (and the amazing view from the office) after a frenetic week of activity. We made a decision a long time ago to start a little earlier, with a shorter lunch break, Monday to Thursday, to enable us to finish at lunchtime on a Friday to start the weekend early. We dress down on a Friday and typically don’t have clients in for meetings, and sometimes, I’ve been known to bring sausage sandwiches in for everyone! 😋 I am interested to know what everyone else does on a Friday. I don't why all other department think what HR is doing all the day. For Assessing the HR our other department lovely colleagues will utilize their valuable time. They forget their own department KPI are not achieved as required poor people. Let's not comment on eact other profession Each department has there own strength and weaknesses . Team work with collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams will lead organisation success I ❤️ My profession being HR.

What are your goals this year? My 2024 includes: starting a garden in my backyard to be more sustainable, finishing my house renovations, and slowing down (minimizing the "grind" culture/mindset in my head) to enjoy the little moments that pass by faster each day. 2024 is my Hobbit era.
