The rules for hurdles and sprints: Start: Starting blocks are used for all hurdle, relay and sprint events. The starting blocks consist of two adjustable footplates attached to a rigid frame. Olympic hurdle and sprint races commence with the firing of the starting pistol. The starting commands are "On your marks" and "Set." Once all athletes are in the set position, the starting pistol is fired, officially starting the race. For the 100m, women's 100m hurdles and men's 110m hurdles, all competitors are lined up side-by-side. For the 200m, 400m and 400m hurdles, which involve curves, runners are staggered for the start. #BidvestSupportsTeamSA #BidvestOperationExcellence

I have the alpha version of the sports mode of the dual-task trainer working. One plays the game over a Concept 2 Ergometer with an IMU (inertial measurement unit) attached for steering. Correctly answered questions give a speed boost for some distance. The point is that concentrating on a cognitive task while rowing is not easy. Start to expand on what you do in French Contrast sets. A1. Sport Squat A2. Approach Jump A3. Resisted Sled A4. Fly 10 Still applies what @Caldietz talks about on page 155 of Triphasic. Sport squat is the heavy compound movement. Approach jump is the plyometric jump. Resisted sled is set to around my 30% 1RM in speed for 10 yard run. And the Fly 10 is viewed as the accelerated plyo because GCT are so short when sprinting. Did this to be able to expand and think outside of the box and do everything horizontal or everything vertical in the A1-A4. Thoughts?
