Supply in the market has risen by 18% in the past year, reaching 2.61m sq ft across nine units. Savills' analysis shows we've surpassed the peak of supply, with the vacancy rate expected to drop to 5.3% by year's end. With 1.13 years of supply left, Peterborough 736 is the largest unit at 736,000 sq ft.
