"We're working on it and will have it with you before the end of Q1". No you won't. Stop! ⏳ Managing customer expectations isn’t about giving them deadlines—it’s about transparency. Throwing dates around only puts unnecessary pressure on your product team and sets the stage for disappointment. Instead, shift the focus to open, honest communication: 👉 Is the request truly being evaluated? 👉 What’s the current status? 👉 Does it bring value to the broader customer base? Your customers will appreciate being part of the conversation and part of the solution. They don’t want radio silence followed by a surprise feature release a year later. By then, they might have already disengaged from your product. Consistent updates, even if it's to say "we're still considering it," keep customers connected and invested. It's not just about managing expectations; it's about building trust and maintaining a relationship where customers feel heard and valued. ---------- I'm building a solution for teams managing existing business, equipping them with the data and tools they need to maximize revenue from their customer base directly within HubSpot. Follow me for insights on Customer Success and to stay updated on our product journey! 🚀 #CustomerSuccess #ExpectationManagement #Transparency #CustomerEngagement #ProductDevelopment

It is Spotlight Day at HubSpot. And, it is truly exciting. I am amazed at the pace of innovation in our industry - innovation is happening in days and weeks, not months or years. And if you are in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success or Support, you have a really tough job of driving growth for your business and trying to keep up with what is happening in the industry. We get that - so, we decided to have not one but two big launches each year. You all have seen INBOUND and our customers love the innovation that comes out each year in September. Starting this year, we are introducing Spring Spotlight, to make it easy for you to take advantage of everything we are building with AI. If you are in Marketing, you will want to check out Content Hub. Because you know what is changing in content? Everything! If you are in Customer Support or Service, you will want to check out Service Hub. We have embedded AI to make it easy for you to drive retention and productivity. I am so proud of our teams across Product and Flywheel who are solving for our customers and setting the pace for innovation! https://lnkd.in/g_BsdRQa

HubSpot = connected platform for customer success 🧡 When you focus on the value of connecting your people, process, and data in one place it makes so much sense ✅ But today it isn’t obvious how it actually works… I hope this inspires you to consider what you could do with the tool your company is already paying for (before jumping to a CSP) 👇 Questions? Let me know.

Webinar time! So Lana Vukovic has been chasing me long enough about doing a webinar about revenue operations in HubSpot so here we go. I'll geek down into RevOps, and learnings from my 10 years of working with HubSpot (both from a Sales rep's perspective and from having done over>100 HubSpot implementations). The focus will be on building a revenue operating system in HubSpot, with a specific focus on scaling (from 30-250) B2B SaaS companies that have a Sales-led (SLG) or Hybrid growth strategy (will dive into PLG in a future session). We'll dive into 🤿 - How to align your revenue operating system to the RevOps CRM Maturity Model based on your company's current maturity level - How to nail the basics to avoid messed up (read: useless) data - Why quality data (and how it's used) will be "the thing" in the next few years - Why you should (and how to) treat your CRM as a product, with your internal teams as "customers" There'll be other good stuff in there as well, and I'll be happy to stay on for questions at the end. Here's the link: https://lnkd.in/dNMhb9vA I'm also very open to suggestions. If you'd be able to pick something to geek down into*, what would that be (for example, optimizing HubSpot for SDR teams, process design in HubSpot, reporting, CRM adoption)? *As long as it's HubSpot, with a focus on Revenue Operations and sales. I'm absolutely useless when it comes to marketing tactics, social media, and those bits. #revops #hubspotwebinar

Evaluating HubSpot, but concerned about its scalability? That may have been a valid concern a few years ago, but not anymore. HubSpot has come a long way since its inception, now releasing anywhere from 40 to over 100 new product updates monthly, with more than 70 features and capabilities currently in beta. They recently released their Spring Spotlight, which includes some exciting new features. With HubSpot's Customer Health Score, you can easily identify customer churn risk and address their needs proactively. The IVR Call Routing feature allows you to quickly resolve customer calls and match them to the right agent. And with Call and Conversation Summaries, your team can summarize calls and conversations in one click and move on to the next ticket faster. Other notable features include the Self-service Chatbot that uses GPT-powered AI to resolve customer queries 24/7. The Brand Voice feature that helps define your brand voice and deliver on-brand content across all channels. And the LinkedIn CRM Sync that allows you to reach more prospects on LinkedIn with a deep two-way integration. HubSpot's webhook triggers in workflows also enable data-driven workflow initiation, giving users the option to initiate workflows based on third-party data. In short, HubSpot has evolved significantly and can now meet the needs of growing organizations. So, instead of asking if HubSpot can scale, it's about how you can take full advantage of everything it has to offer. Check out HubSpot's Spring Spotlight and explore all the new features for yourself! https://lnkd.in/ekVHwZMi
