Sir, I'm definitely helped us out as far as getting really deep into the culture of Lookout Credit Union, seeing how we operate as seeing who we were and really kind of bringing that down to the studs of like, hey, this is who you operate as. We need to build your name and colors and everything like that off of your culture and your brand. You just have the wrong name with it. And that really helped us pull that out and show us who our members were, who we were internally as an organization and help us into the future of Lookout Credit Union, the process and people for Strum, that's really stood out for us. The communication and excellence, as far as if we have any questions, we're able to reach out to them. They make sure to check in on us to make sure everything's going as planned, make sure we're following the right plans. So we're not just just winging it, we follow it to a tee and everything they've set up for us is working and it has continued to work. And so it's been really beneficial to have them in our back pocket with this whole process.

Food for thought: What’s the “value” framework you use in your presentation to your clients? I’ve heard a lot of presentations in a wide variety of industries. The one thing I’ve noticed top producers having in common is the mindset that the bigger the value provided the bigger the ask presented can be.
