Starting a career is challenging. As a fresher, everyone demanded experience, but how can I gain any if no one is giving me a chance? It's a harsh reality that many employers require freshers to have experience. This expectation is counterproductive, as it denies new graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience. How can we build their skills and knowledge without being given a chance to start? Employers should recognize the potential and willingness to learn that freshers bring to the table and provide them with the opportunities they need to grow.

#RealityinLife: Freshers should always be given some preference in companies since they pick up knowledge quickly and adopt it more easily. Additionally, there aren't many companies hiring freshers and we can count those companies in numbers but what about other Companies? Additionally, Max, all of the positions for freshers were filled during campus placement, but those were reputable colleges; what about other colleges without placement? Therefore, the government should look into and address these issues by bringing a set of rules or Amendments that Every company Must follow Everyone spends lakhs of Rupees on education, but the end result is that they are all unemployed and greatly struggling due to their family responsibilities. I receive several messages from students, to which I respond with my best Advice, share my experience, and inspire them. When someone asks for assistance, try helping them and provide Guidance

Just read this post on Zomato and totally agree with them on the tips for freshers. As someone who’s also starting out, these points hit me hard : Environment Matters: No matter how good you are, being in the wrong environment can kill you. Find the right place where you can grow. 🌴 Don’t Burn Out: It’s better to take a break and recharge than to push yourself to burn out. Balance is key to long-term success. 🤧 Teamwork is a Must: Working alone can limit your growth, working with a team can help you develop multiple skills and perspectives. 👫 Growth Takes Time: Instead of comparing yourself to others who have been in the industry longer, focus on your own growth and learning. Patience and persistence is key. 💭 Starting a career is a challenging yet exciting phase. Let’s take these tips to heart and strive for personal and professional growth. Thank you, Zomato, for the motivation and guidance!
