Fernão Magalhães 127 Branding for AVENUE Real Estate Avenue is creating a new living, working, and leisure landmark in 127 Fernão Magalhães Avenue. A new address located in the East side of Oporto that is undergoing a process of regeneration and expansion – an urban rebirth of a forgotten place that is bringing life to the whole area. Fernão de Magalhães – or Ferdinand Magellan – gives name to this Avenue as the historical figure he was for Portugal and the World, having led the first expedition to circumnavigate the world. From Spain, crossing the Atlantic, getting around South America, and to finally discovering the Pacific Ocean, he helped to understand the Earth, proving it was round and mainly covered by sea. This important historical contribution started as the conceptual foundation for naming this project, a past that still inspires the future and holds the identity of a space in deep transformation. And then became more than that, it became the name itself. Fernão Magalhães 127 is the name and the meaning of this new place where our eyes reach the sea, we breathe serenity, we listen to the music of the city, taste innovation and tradition, and navigate between home, work, and life. The 20-story development includes 36 residences, occupying two parcels with 200 feet of waterfront and a private marina with slips.
