Today the Council has confirmed that the EU has adopted its 15th sanctions package against Russia and it will soon enter into force. The new sanctions target entities and individuals (including non-Russian entities such as Chinese businesses), vessels and services related to maritime transport, and also provide additional protection for European companies faced with legal claims from Russian parties.
