Great to see these updated visuals from our partners at Graham Baba Architects of the soon-to-be transformed Renton Pavilion! We‘ve been busy developing the new public market's brand identity and signage along with supergraphics that will wrap the building exterior enlivening the urban center. More to come soon...

Built in 1948 as an auto dealership facility with expansive bowstring trusses, Graham Baba is redesigning the Renton Pavilion to be home to a new Public Market. Reimagined as the crown jewel of the urban center, the new design will include over a dozen small incubator tenants, two larger restaurant spaces, and upgraded support areas and utilities. Improved finishes and lighting will brighten the large central space, and direct attention back to the original wood ceiling. The dynamic mix of businesses and community events held in the Renton Pavilion will activate the downtown area and connection to the adjacent public plaza and recreation. Stay tuned for more project updates from Renton!
