Backbenchers become more successful than their counterpart, is it true? People generally believe that backbenchers are the real superheroes, like they're the badass individuals leading luxurious and successful lives. However, here’s the catch: many successful individuals claim they were backbenchers in college and are now at the top of the world, which often amazes people without them checking the full background. I’ve observed that while they were backbenchers, they were also from top-notch universities like IITs and IIMs, meaning they had the backbencher tag but from prestigious institutions. So the point is, people often fall for this false narrative of being a backbencher and achieving success. Instead, they should be aware that while some successful individuals were backbenchers, they were backbenchers at top colleges, implying that to succeed, one needs to be an all-rounder (both intelligent and badass). #iit #iim #backbenchers

What if…. The school curriculum from first point of entry to 18 was built on a foundation of: ✔ project based learning (pbl) and ✔ Early years foundation Stage (EYFS) ❓ Would children and young people retain more imagination, curiosity, and enthusiasm? ❓ Would children and young people develop more of the skills, knowledge, and attributes that employers need, so that the initial investment made into onboarding young people into work is reduced? ❓ Would this help retain more teachers because there would be more emphasis on creativity, play and imagination for them to engage with? ❓ Would this help more children and young people develop the top 10 skills of 2025 and future years as identified by the world economic forum? ❓ Would we be able to achieve more of the 17 global goals for sustainable development?
