Here is me a Non-HR in between of HR members !!! Feeling honored to be a part of the Surat IT HR Community Meetup as one of the Group Moderator of a discussion. It was a great peer-learning experience cum networking opportunity to interact with and to listen to fellow HRs where we all shared our knowledge, experience, views, concerns and suggestions...! During the interactive session, we delved into the topics like "Employee Well-being" led by Rajiv Shah by showing importance of Group Life Insurance and Group Medical Insurance including parents. "Employee Retention" led by Vaidehi Dumasia & Margi Ganatra by sharing retention tactics to be followed. "Culture Fit" led by JC Vishal Shah by sharing how culture can be built like other MNC's and I had the opportunity to share the methods on "Managing Taxes". Let me take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Sanjay Soman and the Community Team for creating this opportunity. Hello Folks, Those who are from Uttarakhand Haridwar and if they had heard about a "लाला कंपनी" FORACE POLYMERS PRIVATE LIMITED. Even though recently ED/ I.T had raided here for 3 days. I would like to say that never join this company because of घटिया मैनेजमेंट एंड दो कोड़ी की ऑफिस पॉलिटिक्स। It is my personal experience that's why I'm saying that not to join this company rather than you can stay at home or can perform other stuff. 👉 The very poor condition of its marketing department. Almost female's are over there जो कि अपने अलावा और किसी को कुछ समझते ही नही। 👉 In every department लाला जी has assigned a department head to a female no male candidate you will see there. Everywhere is female and female फिर इनका cheap attitude देखो। 👉 Everyone is boss there in their own mind. Only old staff is there and they're in so called senior level. New joiners is not staying there because of cheap office politics by the female's over there. 👉 Salary deduction is there, salary hold is there even though if someone get late by 5-10 mints to reach the company they marked half day for the day. 🚫🚫🚫 👉 They'll ask you to submit an original academic documents 10/12th ❌❌❌ 👉If you need a salary slip तो आपको इसके लिए भी मैनेजमेंट से approval लेना पड़ता है, ना जाने कैसे ओर किसने इनकी दुकान के लिए policies बनाई है ❗ Overall my experience was very bad with this company ! #neverjoin this company. #Cheapofficepolitics. #Managment not effective.
