Job Requirements: • 2-3 years of industry experience designing, developing, and shipping high quality scalable software or services. • Proficient in communicating in English. 7 or above in IELTS or any equivalent English proficiency test score will be an added advantage. • Proper knowledge of programming concepts such as data structures, run-time and space complexity etc. • Public Git repository (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket) of projects. • Proper ideas on databases (Relational and NoSQL). • Proper knowledge of Node and related package managers (npm or yarn). • Proficient in JavaScript and Typescript. • Proper knowledge of clean code principles like SoC (separation of concerns). • Understanding programming language structures and paradigms to learn to adapt and implement in any language necessary. • Test driven approach to software development.

One of the worst companies I have seen in my life. Worst at handling employees who want to get out of it. Please don't apply if you want a healthy work-life balance. The worst part is that people in management act immaturely towards employees. No matter how long you serve them, they won't show you minimum respect when you want to leave them. They will act on their own grudges, which is pitiful and shameful for such a self-proclaimed MNC. Can you imagine you served years with loyalty, and when you get a good opportunity, they will hold you like it's a crime? They will make your life hell with their customized policies (they will generate new ones for you).
