Abdelaziz Almaazmi this is what I call authentic leadership and it coexists with a role but is not the role. This horse shows his authenthic leadership even without his leader. This is also why we need to create more leaders in our organizations and regardless or their roles and positions. We need them more than ever in this disruptive digital age. Unfortunately for some organizations, many of these authentic leaders are walking away with so much knowledge and potentials for their organizations, besides their outstanding leadership capability. All because in some managers' frozen mindset, they don't meet their criteria to lead or occupy some roles. This is one of the main causes of digital transformation failure today.
