Active Client Management: Maintain regular engagement with clients to ensure continuous trading and keep them informed about market changes, thereby achieving self-targets and fostering revenue growth. Product Sales and Cross-selling: Sell equity and related products, while cross-selling other financial products to enhance branch profitability. MTF Book Building: Responsible for growing the Margin Trading Facility (MTF) book from clients, ensuring monthly growth. Account Activation and Assistance: Activate trading accounts of clients to maximize volume and brokerage revenue, assisting new entrants in understanding market dynamics. Client Activity Monitoring: Maintain daily records of client activity and ensure timely resolution of client queries. Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular client meetings, build strong relationships, and activate dormant clients. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure complete adherence to compliance and risk management standards, aiming for zero errors. Maximize Reach of Investment Ideas: Ensure maximum dissemination of investment ideas and stock calls initiated. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field. Proven experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of equity markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
